I am in full sympathy with D Vaughan in his predicament and can only hope that his problems have been resolved and that he finally can have all the tea he can drink.
My own complaint is of a more general nature. Having recently decided to purchase a rather cumbersome item from my local store, (a hardwood door) I was very surprised and disappointed to learn that it would cost me a further £20 to have it delivered to my home. I live approximately one mile from the store!
