Hello there i am a showrooms consultant in a Mini-Warehouse b&q store in Bristol. We work so hard in our littel store and it was wrong for the manager to tell you to do that, you must report him for poor customer comunication. We can ring in store to the FFS who deal with the Delivery and who are the fullimnet center for b&q. Your new parts would be free of charge and could come alot faster via IBST, which basicaly means we have stock from other stores to give to you. Go back to your store and make a commplate, because the reginal manager will not takeit and you should get £100 in b&q vochers complitenty, we are sorry for any problems this may have coused.
