Phone constantly on hold, then cut off.
Cannot contact them and when eventually you do you end up talking to someone who cant undesrtand a word your saying.
The best thing to do is to find out what companys use HFC for finance (pc world for example) and email them saying you will be purchasing elsewhere due to the crap finance service and im sure if enough people do this the retailers are going to look at another finance provider or otherwise lose custom and thay dont want that do they.
It may not solve your problem with HFC but it sure as hell will lose them some custom.
