A review of Halfords by K unit - Monday 25th of June 2007
I have worked in a halfords store for 3 years now part time. in this time i have witnessed all sorts of outrageous customer complaints which really do become tiresome the more you hear the same sorts of people coming in trying to get everything for nothing with additional smiles and vouchers on top. it is unfair to blame halfords staff, halfords stock a wide range of things and not every store can have experts on everything, but we do try. if we dont know we often try to find out. the bike staff that i have met have all been bike enthusiast and therefore know what they are doing but due to time constraints and high demand it is impossible to make everyone happy all of the time. it is just a shame that it is the people who have bad experiences that make an effort to tell the world. maybe some positive feedback once in a while would help all large stores and their staff to have a high moral and actually want to serve the customers, instead of hiding from them incase they are the ones who are going to be awkward and make a complaint.
