"Nandos takeaway- peek before you pick"

Had a bad experience at nandos Broad street- Birmingham. Ordered a take away, waited over 50mons for order, was too hungry to complain. Got home 30 minute drive to Bromsgrove. Order was Incomplete. Yes, not just a packet of fries but had only one chicken. Rang and spoke to manager who did not offer an apology and went on to add it was company policy that if an order is incomplete you have to bring it back and they will rectify the issue. Fair enough BUT i live a couple of miles away!!
Moral of story: ALWAYS look at your Nandos takeaway before you pick it up!
