"Credit where credit's due."
A review of The Bakers Oven by Jemma - Friday 29th of June 2007
I worked for baker’s oven not so long ago and within the past few weeks have resigned. I worked for the St.Ives branch; I would just like to comment on the dedication of the staff who works there, especially the managers and supervisors. The shop staff work ever so hard and get almost no credit for their work. They get yelled and screamed at by inconsiderate customers who feel they have been dealt with unjustly almost as they only have two slices of bacon in their sandwich. Workers have bad days too, as we all know. Just give the workers in Bakers Oven a break. It's not easy; it could be called one of the busiest shops within each town. Midday is a peak for most food shops, but with the people waltzing in and out of baker’s oven it’s hard to keep a smile on your face. It is a gruelling and unglamorous job, and I would like to comment all Baker’s Oven staff and just say keep your pecker’s up.
