"Not child friendly?complete rubbish"

Upon reading the note recently left i would like to express my dissapointment of the statement that pizza hut staff are not child friendly. i myself work in a pizza hut in the midlands as a manager and the staff that i work with are the most child-friendly bunch that you could ever come across. many a time i have walked into my bar-area and found a member of staff entertaining a child while they put candles on a cake or get them something they require. i am quite franky offended that anyone would think such a thing after one or two possibly bad experiences at a store that is often very busy where the staff on duty might not have the time to smile at your kids! you are their parents is it not your responsibility to provide them with entertainment? we are a restaraunt not a nursery
