I pity all of you, i had a band q kitchen from the newton abbot depot and basically it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen turned up on the day absolutely fine, the fitter was amazing and polite, the sales advisors were outstanding. I think you have to put into perspective the fact that b and q probably sell thousands of kitchens and only (unfortunatley) yours had gone wrong. You will find that the service b and q offer is amazing a free design and planning service....fitting service etc. So maybe you lot should start worrying about important things in life i.e global worming, missing children or stop spending time complaining on internet sites and enjoying yourselves. |
