Unfortunately Welcome Financial cannot help how much the car was sold for at auction. No HP agreement can we repossessed without a certain amount of arrears. I would assume that you were unwilling to pay any more under the new agreement, yet wanted to put the HP company to disadvantage by not paying the amount that you had legally signed up and wanted to keep the car, yet not make payments? what other outcome would you expect?? cake and eat it come to mind??
