Send them a notice and demand (notorized) demanding they give references to their banking codes that justify they're actions give them 30 days. if they refuse, send them an affidavit (notorized) expressing the damages you've suffered, give them a further 10 days to respond then a notice of default (notorized) then submit to courts (dunno bout the UK but) in the usa its the Sheriff for collection for damages to the total of what you listed, thats exactly what they did to you. Its good to know the wawy the law works Good luck |
