We stayed at the Castle overnight for a wedding. Our room wasn't en suite - but the shared bathroom was clean and the bedroom nicely decorated. At £65 for a double room including a fryup the next day - we thought we had good value for money. It is above a pub which is open until 2 - but then by the time we got back (around 1.30) there weren't that many people there, and the rooms are a long way above so I wouldn't imagine you'd be able to hear the noise anyway.
