I'd like to confirm Murray's earlier posting - I had a small problem with my bike (a cold-related issue) on the way to work, took it into Mike's Bikes, and it was fixed within two minutes for free. A less scrupulous person could easily have sent me away for 30 minutes and then charged me for the work, since I clearly had no idea of the scale of the problem.
