I understand that sometimes, no matter what, people make mistakes, we are all human. It's how the mistakes are fixed that makes a big difference. I work for Pizza Hut and I think it's a great job. It is fun, and they pay me well. If anyone ever has a problem with a manager, then it should be brought to the attention of their superior. There is a customer satisfaction number on all of the pizza boxes. Trust me, we really do want to solve your problems, and if it takes getting rid of a bad employee, then we will.
