"David remark"

I am not defending incompetance. Any type is bad, but there are many staff who try as best they can. They are not responsible for the logisitics, which is probably the biggest problem B&Q have. The fitters are generally good, and the product is good for the price. Most complaints, it seems from earlier remarks, is lack of delivery. My main point is that ground level staff receive abuse as they are the face of B&Q. I expect customers to be coutesous to another human and also staff to bend over backwards to help the customers. However this does not happen, but i also understand why. I would be pretty unpleasant if i paid £8K for half a kitchen.
