Most people i go to see and offer quotes too, are genuinely looking for replacements windows. sad fact of life that the majority of my work as a zenith consultant is replacement windows where people have gone cheap in the first place. i replace windows, doors and many other products that the consumer should never have bought. bad quality, poor installation and rubbish guarentees.
Zenith products are undoubtily the best on the market. Zenith have never had to change there name, chane premises or 'go bust' because someone envokes a quarentee against them.
Why, because Zenith products are quality. real quality and most people know that.
Unfortunately, some people come into this game to make big bucks, which is possible if you do 60 hrs a week plus and are committed to home imporovements. The fly by night youngsters who work for zenith usually last 3 - 4 weeks because they are money greedy idiots who think that pressurising people into a sale is good for their bank balances.
Serious consulants will do a proper job, and price in front of the customer with none of the buy one, get one free tactics used by inferior companies.
Zenith are a household name that people can rely on. When appointments are made, just ask for a rep who has been with the company for a few years and you will get a real job done with no sales gimmicks. the product sells itself and if you want the best deal from zenith, do it on the night. No-one ever sits on a two year quote...
Best advice is to ask the rep for a few weeks on the advertising board for a cheaper price. And only accept an appointment if you are looking to get the work doen in the next 2 - 3 months. the best deal is under the showhome promotion.
Bottom line is, best product, decent price and above all else, best fitters in the country.
