Good Points 
 
They know the car (but then they should). Much satisfactory work at a cost but fallible... 
 
Bad Points 
 
Aircon service wrongly done, car had to be returned to fix. 
Cambelt change wrongly done, car had to be returned to fix. 
Clutch repair cost £1100.
