Credit where credit is due-
I ordered my B&Q kitchen 17.5.07 form East Kilbride store - the designer ordered the wrong one! However the girls in the kitchen dept were great and fixed it all for me.
Kitchen and appliances all arrived as promised and i found bits of two other kitchens instead of the one i ordered. Again, the girls at the EK Kitchen Dept sorted this out, even delivering the replacement goods by car themselves because i refused to wait another week.
Didnt use their fitting service and all in all i am delighted with the finished kitchen.
Problems happen, its how they are fixed that matters - well done East Kilbride
