I ordered by kitchen 4 weeks ago, the staff were fantastic, they even made me a cup of tea while i was in the store. I had shopped around for over 3 months and of all my quotos B&Q's was the best value and the staff listened to what i wanted, unlike MFI and Magnet! Kitchen has been fitted this week, and a member of staff called me from the installations department to ask how it was going! Tiles go on in the morning and then i have a kitchen, quality of work is great and there is no mess in my house! I also heard that B&Q messed things up for some customers mainly due to the massive fire last year that wiped their main warehouse out, but after speaking to the great store staff, they have totally changed the processes, people and put loads of cash into it. GO TO B&Q FOR YOURSELF!
