"30 day rule"

A review of Aldi by M brooks - Tuesday 7th of August 2007

The 30 day rule for taking stuff back to aldi is rubbish. aldi is the seller of the product and is the first point of contact. under statutory law they have a duty to correct the problem. remind them of this and quote sale of goods act. dont be fobbed off by them.
