Okay, so as an employee of Pizza Hut, you should know:

A couple enter the restaurant; by policy they should be greeted at the door no later than 30 seconds on entering [however, during busy periods please allow up to 2 minutes]

The couple are then seated by either the host or their waiter/waitress. They are then given ample time to sit down, then at this point they will be handed a menu. At this point a drinks order will be taken however the option to be given time to decide on this can be given [usually around 3 minutes].

The waiter/waitress/host will then fetch the drinks from the bar, whilst inputting the customer's drink order into the computer.

Within about three minutes the drinks will arrive at the table. At this point the couple's food order is then taken.

- Food preperation time: approx: 10 mins [starter]
The starter is then served to the couple.

When finished these plates will then be removed from the table.

- Food preperation time: approx 15 minutes [m.course]
The main course is then served to the couple.

During the main course the server will then offer refills of drinks.

After the main course the server will clear the table [known as pre-bussing] and offer the couple teas/coffees and desserts.

Either serving of above items or bill brought to table.

All in all, a cheap and cheerful dining experience which on average should last no longer than 1 hour.
