Dear Andrew,
Yes, definitely complain. If you don't complain then nothing will ever get better. If you only talk to other people Pizza Hut will ignore you.
You need Alasdair Murdoch, CEO, Pizza Hut (UK) Limited, Building 1, Imperial Place, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1JN. Ask for the PA called Jo Warren (020 8732 9431) - she gets thing done (very rare in Pizza Hut). My daughter has had lousy service from Pizza Hut in Cambridge. Pizza Hut Customer service doesn't care because it is not a company owned outlet - just a franchise! Go to the top and be very persistent and you will eventually get results when they realise you will not go away empty handed - why should you?
