"Superb relaxation"

I had a wonderful experience at the Glassworks with a friend (Saturday, 11th August 2007). We both had the Aveda Energising Spa Day and felt truly pampered.

My only disappointment was that the body massage and aqua scrub were combined into one session and was only an hour in total - whereas I was expecting 20 mins for the massage and an hour for the aqua scrub, which was a shame as the experience was fantastic. The facial - again, fantastic, was an hour rather than an hour and a half.

They come and get you from the spa area when it's time for your treatment but we were collected at least 15 minutes late each time.

However, we felt like new ladies when we left and I would definitely go back.

The spa area has a huge mirror window which you can see out of but not see through from the outside. Watching people posing in the mirror window and people trying to peer in from outside was most amusing to watch while relaxing in the jacuzzi!
