"Disappointing"

Very disappointed with the new look Plough - I went on Sunday for a family roast only to be told that they could not provide me with a highchair for my 16 month old daughter "because they do not have them". How disappionting - I thought most restaurants/pubs these days had highchairs and cater for families. Obviously the new look Plough is not family friendly! Beware.
