"Customers are wrong"

I like it how all you customers slag B&Q staff off. Before you know what you are talking about or what you are asking.You all like spoiled children i.e I want I want. well I know B&Q isn't perfect but what is. So when you say that B&Q staff dense then try and do there job. I know you wouldnt put up with it. So well you slag off B&Q people try asking why cant you sort out my problem or know what your problem is.
