I first went to Cambridge Cycle Centre after I had tried other places and been unhappy with their snotty attitude and unreliability. CCC was a breath of fresh air: great value for money, staff who really care about bikes, reliable service and best of all, they always tell it like it is. When there's something wrong with my bike they'll always tell me the different ways of getting it fixed from cheapest to most expensive and expain the pros and cons of each option. And when I've been in and asked for their advice on buying a new bike, they give honest advice, and have a couple of times recommended that I go to a rival bike shop because that's where I can get exactly what I need - that's good, honest service.
