Just stumbled upon this website, when looking for bathroom mirror.
I'm astounded at :
1) the viciousnes of comments - people are usually just trying to do their job.
2) the spelling and grammar of the correspondants.

At my time of life - 60 plus - I always complain if not satisfied - I work in a customer driven industry and expect what I give.But there are ways and means.
shouting and tub thumping achieve nothing, reasoned arguments, backed up with details, usually does.
But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, so if you invest in a £600 kitchen,you will not get a top spec tradesman, practising his craft.
£3,500 one probably will, so set your sights on a level with your expenditure.
