B&Q are the most customer caring and hard working company in the world- It's Official.
More customers say they will visit B&Q again than any other stores and the store feedback proves it!
We do accept that there will always be "moaning old ladies" who complain and moan and groan, but what the hell B&Q strives to be better and backed up by the most intelligent workforce- you could do worse!
After all, what other company employes plumbers and electricians!
Before you moan and groan please consider the above and if you are still unhappy- SHOP ELSEWHERE!
We can do without grumbling old women in our store and you will not be missed- because at the end of the day- B&Q IS GROWING FASTER THAN ANY OTHER RETAILER IN THE UK! AND THATS A FACT.
SO INSTEAD OF COMING TO B&Q FOR YOUR KITCHEN NEXT TIME TRY THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET THE FITTER BACK AFTER HE HAS LEFT YOUR HOUSE IN A MESS.
CHANCES ARE IF YOUR QUICK YOU MIGHT GET THE PLATE NUMBER ON HIS HORSE!
