"Don't bother to phone Homebase Cambridge"

I have been trying in vain to phone Homebase Cambridge to order some tiles. The first time I was cut off after hanging on for quite a while. The second I was cut off before there was even a beep. I am now trying toorder the tiles by internet but that does not seem to be possible. Cambridgeonline seems to be the only website for them.

I'm wondering why I'm bothering
