When comes to customer serivce i admit that Halfords can seem lacking. I aplogize to all thoose who have problems with Halfords. Bikes should be built to the standard that are expected. There is however a problem that of national problem that speicalist in the field of machanics in Bikehut are scares and therefore have to go for either part time staff or lack of staff which may cause of seeming of nt caring. Apolgize. This why in many cases u will be quoted long time scales for jobs and this might not be to what you think is what it would take.
