I have just read quite a few of the reviews, and while most of them are quite negative, it strikes me that some people have nothing better to do then complain. And in a lot of the cases they are not getting anywhere with their complaints...

Some of the complaints don't even seem to be things that were in the control of the restaurant. Mistakes do happen, and while that is frustrating, it is also true. I have worked in hospitality for a long time, and theses things do happen, just like they do in your everyday life.... unless you are perfect which i very much doubt...

I don't believe people go out of their way to make mistakes, so give them a break. Perhaps if you spoke to these people like humans, you might actually get somewhere....
