I know exactly who you are talking about, there's a really stupid queing system, so no one really knows where to stand so I can sympathise. About a month ago I saw a lady yelled at in there she was using an old envelope some one had left lying around to make a label for her package. and Shouty came out yelling at her that it wasn't for her to use. She could have come over and said would you mind not using that please. It was so unnecessary. The other staff were always lovely though. |
