Ok....so u had a bad experience at olan mills but do you realise how stuck up and offensive you sound. People who are not of an 'educated middle class' background can voice their complaints just as articulately as needs be. Do you think anyone who is below what you refer to as the 'educated middle class' is unable to speak or put together a letter?
