I might be tempted to write a vexatious trashing review of the Hot Pot Chinese restaurant in Cambridge, England, in order to stop you lot from going, because I want it all to myself, but I won't. It really is excellent. The vegetarian spring rolls (test of a good Chinese, just as ordering a greed salad is the standard test of a good English restaurant) are crisp and tasty; the duck with pancakes is great; the noodles are splendid. The staff are really nice and the service is good.
