I've worked in hospitality for 5 years, some in pizza hut, and it amazes me that people can sit and moan and groan about small problems they have had but they fail to see the bigger picture. No one is perfect and mistakes do happen, granted, but you can only complain rather than thank the people who majoritively give you a good service.
And i'd love to see some of you working on a busy friday or saturday and still be smiling at 11pm!
