Hi guys you all know B&Q as a good place to shop but be aware we are human here we are not robots or machines (sorry for the spelling i am dislixic) we do strive to serve you the best we can but some times you can come acrosse as very hostile i know the most of the time you have a good reasone to be pissed off but spare a thoughtb for us we will try to answer your questions even if the answer is no
