"I LOVE IT ..BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT!"

I,ve worked for B & Q for the last 6 months and I love it, the workforce are pure quality and always strive to give the customer the best service they can(I know i do)but sometimes we are very short staffed, illness,holidays and training to name but a few instances not excuses.So if you come instore and don't get attended to straight away its not that we dont want to serve you its because we are tied up elsewhere,but I will say this at our store customer service is top of the list, we would rather stop doing what we are doing to make sure your every need is catered for..how ever obscure and if we don't have it don't give us a hard time WE DON'T ORDER THE STOCK!So next time you see the man or women in an orange apron greet them as they should greet you and you may be surprised..Remember respect is a two way thing!!!
