Hello Andrea
In Your message to me you mention me not being very politically correct??
I notice in your piece further down this list you mention being served by "A POLISH ASSISTANT".
Now i wonder- if an English assistant served you would you have stated- "I was served by an English Assistant".
B&Q are proud to be equal rights employers and are probably one of the few companies that DO NOT discriminate against age.
I wonder- if the assistant who served you was English would you have stated that in your complaint???
