Hello!
If B&Q is that bad and treat the staff so terrible like you say- why are you working there????
I have witnessed lots of staff leave B&Q- GO TO DIY.COM AND SEE HOW MANY JOBS ARE ON OFFER AT B&Q.
Some of these jobs pay trademens wages.
Lots of people leave B&Q just like they leave other companies-
Staff come and go all the time!
The reason B&Q cannot replace the staff is that unemployement is at its lowest since 1980 and due to the demand of greedy shareholders- like you and me B&Q has to show a profit!
Stop slagging B&Q off- if you dont like it- go take a job somewhere else!!
I HAVE 20- YEARS + IN B&Q AND BELIEVE ME YOU COULD DO A LOT WORSE!
