The brainy B&Q plumber? Not all that brainy (ps plumbing is very very simple, dont ever let any plumber fob you off by making out you need to be 'clever', same with electrics (my field) theyre both based on knowledge, not intelligence, and anyone can absorb knowledge)
No offence mate but if you are a corgi plumber then what the hell are you doing working for B&Q? Its not as if theres a shortage of work out there!!!
I wouldnt jump so high in defending the company you work for, this is a blog where people put their experiences forward for people to formulate an opinion on as to wether they will use companys such as B&Q themselves, it doesnt do the company you pride yourself in working for any favours whatsoever for some nomark employee to jump up and abuse people on these sites, no matter what your opinion of yourself. You make it quite plain in your ignorance that you wont be told a thing, and that you know everything about absolutely everything, thus its my bet that you have worked in some of the complained about kitchens!!
For your reference I work with a plumber who has the same attitude as yourself, and ive lost count of the number of times he's left work in a lethal condition, until I opened my mouth or found whatever hed left (this includes him leaving live wires in the false ceiling of a school classroom, which i found when i visited the school 3 weeks later)
I dont know everything, you dont know everything, just shut up and let this site be used for its purpose, you never know, one day someone may even praise B&Q for something!!! That would need your and B&Q employees/management like yourselves attitudes to change more than a lot though, so i doubt it.
As a sidenote, i have never had a terrible experience with B&Q as i have no need to use them in any capacity other than getting the odd last minute part, but i have never had a good experience shopping there either...
