I really think that the dss should try more harder to help the public as its service is very antiquated we all know that the communication system is ridiculous as you can never get through i know that its government policy not to be concerned about claimants as they are regarded as insignificant because they are not working therefore the dss roll is to make you feel uncomfortable and insecure i really think the governments roll in this should change as there are genuine people that have fallen away from the system on health grounds and poverty and stress of this modern day nightmare and the stressful world we live in.
