B & Q ISNT ACTUALLY THAT BAD, SURE THEIR STAFFING LEVELS ARE LOW BUT IT STILL HASNT EFFECTED CUSTMER SERVICE, EVERYONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE INDIVIDUALS. THAT MANAGER THAT HAS WRITTEN ON THIS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AS THEY PAY YOUR £60,000 A YEAR SALARY!!!!!
