I am a stylist at trade secret and im interested how many people are not happy with the service here. if your not happy why not go back and let the salon manager know. saying that some stylists want more money so try to get you out the door, whereas me i would never send any client home if they didnt look like they had just had there hair done and feel thier best. as trade secret is part of the regis group we get the best training so maybe sometimes its lack of communication between stylist and client.
