"Concerns re deliveries"

I'm about to be a new 'online' customer of HB I've been aN HB customer for many years but we've recently moved to France. My concern is that I've just read a customers comment, (was surprised to see it was dated 2003), however, their problem was with 'online shopping', they were still awaiting delivery 16 days later! plus three unanswered emails)! Can I feel comfortable about OL shopping with you?
My main purchases are Unique Garlic/Cod Liver oil caps./Primrose oil and vitamine E. one of my frequent buys was what I call 'pickies/aperitifs' Bags of pistachios and the Indian mix's but I suspect they would be very expensive to be sent by post
Look forward to hearing from you re reliabilty of deliveries. Of course I know it will take longer to arrive in France
