A review of Welcome Finance by Ex welcome employee - Thursday 18th of October 2007

Before you say it no im not a welcome employee, rarther an ex employee and i left on bad terms so im not the biggest fan of the company however..
there are two types of customers .. the good ones who have had minor trouble in the past and rebuild themselves by paying perfectly (which believe it or not isnt rocket science im a young lad of 22 who left home at sixteen and ive never missed a payment or gone overdrawn its called living within your means!!!) ... then the other types of customers people who had had ccj's defaults and not paid their dues ... they then complain they cant get credit or the prices of sub-prime lenders like welcome are too high... ( as if their appauling behaviour in the past should go unpunished and they have some sort of right to be lend money at a rate they want??) ... they then dont pay their welcome loan properly !! and belive me every single one of you has the same three excuses i used to hear every day ... 1. work didnt pay me on time/ messed up my wages (like they did the last two months mate) 2. ive had some huge bills i need to take care of (actually i just phoned your work you have been on holiday for two weeks how dare you splash out on a holiday and not pay your loan when im working my ass off here and havnt been abroad since i was a kid!!!) 3. this is my favourite ... oh there must be a problem with the direct debit your end ... its a direct debit run through a national financial system you moron!!!
anyway ... to all you welcome haters out there who are crying cause you cant not pay your creditors and still get high street rates i hope this has been a nice read.... also heres a secret they dont want you to know .... when you run off to the c.a.b or a debt management company and think your doing really well cause your payments have been lowered to one pound a month or something like that ... well they keep that debt active on your credit file until every single pound and penny is clear including interest and charges ... just to make it clear thats a black mark from a last chance lender on your record for a very very very long time ... enjoy ever trying to get a morgage... oh and also if you have ever applied for a loan making it clear you dont want ppi insurance from the start and they have turned you down ... its because they are targeted to get 80% of all loans to have insurance ... you dont want it ...your not worth the forty min appointment ;) well im off to bed ... x x
