Having spent the afternoon reading all the bad reviews about b&q, i am amazed i have worked for them for 4 years now and the staff in my store go out of there way to help customers, we only get annoyed when customers are extremely rude which where i come from is often, men do not like to be told how to do something from a female member of staff all i can say is get a life after all diy stands for do it yourself, |
