After getting no where fast with phone calls/letters we decided to get a proffesional to help us, after much research we found Boomerang bank charges the best with 100% sucsess rate and there no win no fee!They do everything all you need to do is sigh a consent form for them to contact your bank.
We have just been told there taking Natwest to court for DOUBLE what we thought we where owed! The company does charge 20% for this but is not much out of what they have taken from us in the 6 last years!
As soon as this is sorted we are changing banks
