Your going the wrong way about it lovey! get to the studios instead of the mothercares! My little boy was the same as yours and we got nothing worth putting on our walls! we decided to give it another chance but didnt want the same inexperienced person taking our pictures, i went to my nearest olan mills that was a shop (not mothercare but an actual olan mills shop) the attitude of the staff was second to none and i now have a beautiful picture to hang in our new house!
