Hello all. I too work for halfords. I share your concerns that the system is currently not working very well. However i do beleve the system will bring many new customers to the company and will also increase the potential for more profits. We all need to change. Change can be difficult. The old system was totally out of date. Any notions of "if it isnt broken , dont fix it" should be thrown out of the window. Windows 95 worked well, but where would we be today if we still all used that? Give the system time. Put the notices up in store, and if people complain, just explain the future benefits to them. Let's evolve together, not as individuals.
