Mark...what you seem to forget is that the agent would of put all the offers forward to the vendor and then they would decide which offer to go for. If after the offer had been accepted, they then went back to you, to give you the chance to up your offer, then that would be classed as guzumping...which is VERY unprofessional and not the correct way to act. How would you feel if you had an offer accepted, only to be told days later that someone has now offered higher!!!!????

Maybe your offer was just not high enough in the first place!

Before you ask...I am not "Mr Bush's friend"!! :)
