"Unfit goodsfor the purpose-you get a refund by law with or without the box!!"

A review of Aldi by Christianna Franck - Monday 5th of November 2007

If you buy any product and it is not fit for the purpose - ie the picture quality is faulty you are entitled by law to a full refund(especially so as it was within the 30 days but the guarantee is for 3 yrs!!) and you do not have to have the box it was bought in.FACT!

If the store manager argues again-call the Trading Standards Office and report him for breaking the Fair trading Act 1973.

Call Aldi Head Office on 0112 45215000 and report him too and tell that just what you intend to do.
